Travel data is supposed to be the easy part. We built CheckInSIM around the four questions every traveler actually asks — and refuse to make any of them harder than they need to be.
Pick your destination on the website (or just message us on WhatsApp). We show you a few plans and recommend the one that fits the trip — typically 10 GB for 30 days covers most two-week trips with maps, transit apps, restaurant searches, and the occasional video call home.
Plans start from €9. We use Airalo as the carrier network — they have direct deals with SoftBank and NTT DOCOMO in Japan, T-Mobile in the US, EE in the UK, and so on. Same network as the locals, paid for in EUR before you land.
You don't sign up. You don't create an account. You don't download an app. You buy once and it arrives in WhatsApp.
The moment payment lands, we send a single WhatsApp message with one button: Install my eSIM. Tap it from the phone you'll travel with.
What happens next depends on your phone:
The whole flow is built around one big primary button, with QR and manual fallbacks visible-but-secondary. If anything looks weird, you tap the WhatsApp link at the bottom and we're already in the chat.
Two checkpoints, both on WhatsApp:
You can also ask us anytime — "How much data do I have left?" — and we check Airalo's records and reply with the number. No app, no portal, just the same chat.
You message us. We've already got your order, your device, your install state — no repeating yourself.
Common situations and how we handle them:
If we can't fix it, we refund you. We don't make refund a fight — if your phone can't activate the eSIM, the money comes back.
Pick a destination, pay, and we'll have you connected before your taxi arrives. No app to download. No account to create. No call center.
