Buying & payment

Which destinations do you cover?

130+ countries via the Airalo carrier network. The biggest catalogues are Europe (39-country roaming bundle), Asia (28 countries), and the Americas (22). See the full list on the destinations page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay โ€” processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card number. Bizum and bank transfer are coming later in 2026.

Are prices all-in?

Yes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Tax included where applicable.

Can I get a refund if my phone can't activate the eSIM?

Yes. We refund the order if your phone genuinely can't run the eSIM โ€” no questions if it's an activation failure. Talk to us on WhatsApp first, we usually fix the issue in under 5 minutes. Public refund policy is in the works pending legal review.

Phones & compatibility

Does my phone work?

Most phones from the last 4โ€“5 years support eSIM. iPhone XS or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, Google Pixel 3 or newer, plus most Xiaomi / OPPO / Huawei flagships. Phone must be unlocked / SIM-free. Send us your model on WhatsApp and we'll check before you pay.

Do I lose my main number when I install?

No. The CheckInSIM eSIM runs as a second line. Keep your main number for calls, SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage. Use the new line only for cellular data.

What about dual SIM phones with a physical card already?

Most modern phones support one physical SIM + one eSIM simultaneously. The CheckInSIM eSIM goes in the eSIM slot โ€” your existing physical SIM keeps working.

Installing & activating

I tapped "Install my eSIM" and nothing happened.

That happens on some Android phones โ€” direct install isn't always automatic. We instantly fall back to QR or manual setup, both visible right below the primary button. If you're stuck, tap the WhatsApp link at the bottom of the install page and we'll walk through it.

It installed but I have no internet.

Almost always a roaming setting. On iPhone: Settings โ†’ Cellular โ†’ CheckInSIM line โ†’ Data Roaming on. On Android: Settings โ†’ Connections โ†’ Mobile networks โ†’ Data roaming on (for the CheckInSIM line, not your main one). We can talk you through it on WhatsApp screen by screen.

When does the validity period start โ€” at purchase or first connect?

First connect. Buy the eSIM weeks in advance if you want; the 30 days don't start ticking until you actually use it.

Can I top up if I run out of data?

Yes. Tell us on WhatsApp and we top up the same eSIM โ€” no need to install again. Top-up pricing matches the original plan tier.

Privacy & security

What do you store?

Your WhatsApp number (encrypted), your order, your install state, and the eSIM credentials we provisioned for you (single-use, deleted after install). We never log card numbers โ€” Stripe holds those. We never log message content beyond what's needed to support the install flow.

How do I delete my data?

Reply DELETE on WhatsApp. We cascade-delete your record, your order history (after Spanish tax retention period), your install attempts, and any cached eSIM credentials. GDPR-compliant. Confirmation in chat within 24h.

Why is the install link single-use?

Because the credentials behind it can activate a paid eSIM. Single-use means once you (or your phone) install it, the link can't be reused by anyone else who might see it in your message history. Need a fresh link? Ask us on WhatsApp.
